NanoMoneyCorp is under DDos Attack yesterday, February 24, 2010. The site is experiencing some loading problems and system faults. This kind of DDos attack was the first time that they had encountered and made their own DDos protectors and other DDos protectors completely useless. NanoMoneyCorp told its investors that despite the fact that the site is experiencing problems, the payments will be made in a timely manner and their investments will not be affected. Dear investors!
The site is currently under enormous DDOS attack. You may expect long time of page loading or some system faults. In fact we face that type of attacks for the first time ever. But please be patient as we are working hard to find a solution. The attack we faced is so difficult that not many of the DDOS protectors we turned to (including the one we use) are helpless. But still the site is working and we handle all the payments in timely manner. This attack would not affect your investments and you would not loose a penny because of it. We want to apologies for any troubles the work of our site may cause you but you have to understand that it is in our favor to fix everything as soon as possible. Be sure that we will continue our work despite of any obstacles would appear on our way.Today, February 25,2010 the site is OK now. Although members will experience some delay in payments because NanoMoneyCorp will be fixing and organizing their server and the system for two or more days. NanoMoneyCorp explains how the site had gone through this massive DDos attack and explained their reputation as paying regularly from their investors.

The site is back to normal life! Although you have to be patient for one more or two days until we would fix and reorganize our servers and system. During that time some payment delay may be possible. We do sincerely apologize for any possible delays but hope for your understand. Everybody there knows that it would be our fifth year in a row that we never missed a single payment. As well you all know well that we faced a massive attack on our site. Some of you even proposed us to close a member section or even a sight for a while. We did not follow these ideas but we need time to make everything work and look the way it was before. So I do hope that all you understand that and would show us your trust and patience one more time. We would try to fix it as soon as possible.

Could this be GoldenFleeceFund’s downfall? The members of GoldenFleeceFund are complaining that payouts are delayed and some are not paid at all. As we all know, in my recent post, GoldenFleeceFund has added new programs for investors to take part and invest more. GoldenFleeceFund’s move were to target the highest possible money they can get by promoting a program that gives bonuses to the investors if ever they invest that amount of money and to allow investors to leave some of their money behind using a compounding program that had been initiated just days ago. Let’s just hope that GoldenFleeceFund will recover soon and pay their pending payouts or else this would be one of the biggest scam an investor would face.
MandarinInvest Increases ROI plus GeniusFunds on BCSC Update
MandarinInvest decided to increase the payouts in one of their plans: 1% for 30 days, 1.3% for 100 days and 1.6%-2.1% for 150 days with principal returned back on expiry on every single plan. MandarinInvest’s decision was to increase (…not that much) the daily percentage for investors investing in the Basic Plan. The increase is from 1% to 1.1% (see …I told you) for 30 days.

Considering the poll results concerning possible ROI increase and the discussion in the poll topic, we have found a compromise solution – an increase of the ROI for the “Basic” plan to 1.1%. GeniusFunds on BCSC Update
The meeting that will be held today, February 25, 2010 is cancelled and British Columbia Securities Commission moved the date to April 7,2010. This is good news to GeniusFunds and it’s investors. GeniusFunds will have time to reorganize and strategize themselves so that they will come up with substantial proof of their investment activities. Investors for now will not worry too much about GeniusFunds until the said date(April 7).

On February 11, 2010, the Executive Director issued a temporary order against GeniusFunds, also known as Genius Investments and a notice of hearing (2010 BCSECCOM 89).
With the consent of the parties, the Commission extends the temporary order and adjourns the hearing to April 7, 2010.
