PTVPartner on Script Issues
PTVPartner yesterday encountered some problems. When members tried to access their account, the transaction history were all incorrect. PTVPartner replied about the issue saying that their new programmer messed up with the script including the new backup system that the programmer also implemented. As a result, PTVPartner cancelled a small amount of withdraw request. Only a few were affected by this issue so everything will be back to normal as soon as its fixed. Those affected will have to resubmit withdraw request and everything else will be taken care of. The script problem was fixed but there was one problem left, Withdraw History for the last several days is reflecting an incorrect amount.

Just kidding, but with today’s downtime I couldn’t resist the opportunity to give the naysayers a smile even if was only for a moment. I know they have been salivating all day hoping to be able to say “I told you so!” Well, no such luck guys…sorry.
We did experience a script error though. We had recently hired some new programmers and one of them inadvertently caused a script error earlier. He also screwed up the new backup system he implemented. The result was quite a difficult task to overcome. But we did.
We had to cancel a small amount of withdraw requests. The few accounts affected will notice a return of their withdraw request. Just resubmit them and they will be taken care of as always. In some cases the amount returned was incorrect and in those cases we have sent you an email with instructions.
We apologize for the error, but everything else is back to normal with one final exception. Your Withdraw History for the last several days is reflecting an incorrect amount. This DOES NOT affect your investments or deposits or future withdraws. It is simply the completed withdraw history that is affected. We are continuing to work to correct this somewhat inconsequential error.
