Here’s a statement from GeniusFunds regarding their issue on British Columbia Securities Commission. BCSC told to the public that GeniusFunds is violating securities and regulations in the said country and will be requiring GeniusFunds to explain the whole stuff. BCSC told, in its report that GeniusFunds is misleading its investors by offering a rate of return that is nearly impossible to gain through legal means. So BCSC requires GeniusFunds to go to their hearing and explain everything. The hearing was supposed to be February 25 but it was moved on April 7. As a result, GeniusFunds is under temporary order to seize their services in that province.
Having done that, GeniusFunds took advantage of the time to explain to the people how legitimate their business is and to prove wrong BCSCs allegation. An email was sent to the member of GeniusFund that came from Ms. Patricia Steele that works in Compliance Department in GeniusFunds explained GeniusFunds legitimacy by attaching a copy of a license that allows GeniusFunds to function as an investment firm under Cypriot law. This license cannot be easily forged or falsified by someone not like the usual certificate that any HYIP programme has. If I have the copy I will post it here.

In the last several weeks I have received several messages concerning rumors on our alleged violation of securities regulations in the province of British Columbia and elsewhere.
Such rumors are spread by our competitors in order to discredit us in the eyes of our clients. Please disregard them and in case of any questions, contact me directly, as I am the person responsible for any compliance issues here at GeniusFunds.
We have filed for adjournment of the hearing in front of the BCSC, and consequently the hearing was rescheduled to April 7th, 2010. We have retained counsel in the province and during the time allotted to us, we will do everything possible to obtain relevant registration under BCSC securities act.
I want to assure you that we are a duly registered and licensed investment firm, licensed by the government of Cyprus. A copy of our license is attached hereto.

This can be a great defense under BCSC’s allegations. If GeniusFunds win, they will have the opportunity to be registered on BCSC and continue their services on that province. Thus rumors will be gone and GeniusFunds will be back to its business again.
Aballong Second Pool Now Open
Good News! Aballong’s second pool is now open. Investors must hurry and invest now at Aballong so that you’ll get the opportunity to earn. And also, Aballong told its members that the second pool will be that last one and no other pool will emerge. There will be no third pool once they reach $100,000 on the second pool. Aballong also told the members that AlertPay verified them for MasterCard other than American Express and Visa. So all major credit cards will be accepted using AlertPay’s payment option. With regards to credit card verification, Aballong told the members that if they are verified on AlertPay, there will be no need to verify again on Aballong.

Many people joined and invested so far, please be informed that the second pool is the last pool. After we are reaching this amount, we will not open a 3rd pool. We did only open this second pool because as planned from the beginning we wanted to have this as a total amount, but was not comfortable in the beginning to accept it in pool one, as we were not working with most of the exchangers before.
We have also good news, as AlertPay was before only accepting Visa and American Express, we are now happy to be verified for Master Card as well. So all major credit cards can now be accepted using AlertPay payment option.
Martin and I am also getting many support requests about AlertPay credit card verifications, we no not need any verifications as you are verified already with AlertPay. So for credit card payments this is not necessary.
One of the most frequency questions is where to invest for pool two, you just need to click deposit we take care about the bets, so there is no need to choose any pool.
