BCSC on PanaMoney, Is PanaMoney Next?
British Columbia Securities Commision is responsible for regulating online businesses that offers investment opportunities. They moderate the good stuff from the bad stuff. Remember when BCSC interrupted GeniusFunds? When BCSC reports about a certain program, everyone believes in it because they are the “authorities”. I think 90% of GeniusFunds’ collapse was on BCSC’s report. If BCSC didn’t publish GeniusFunds not being a legitimate program of British Columbia, then GeniusFunds could have fooled a million more investors up until now. GeniusFunds is operated by intelligent people who knows the business well and run in a well-organized ponzi. GeniusFunds stood that long that is why we trusted GeniusFunds all our funds. We thought they wouldn’t fall, we thought wrong.
PanaMoney on the other had, had been there for years. Their reputation had been in the minds of investors and is the only one that investors could trust these days when good HYIPs fall like dominoes. GeniusFunds fall, NanoMoneyCorp follows and all other trusted HYIPs fall as well. Others panicked, yet others know where to run to return their loss. That’s when PanaMoney came in. They are the only one who were not affected by the “domino effect” that every HYIP is having. Which seems to conclude to us that PanaMoney is “tried and tested”. But what happens when BCSC interrupts the scene?

BCSC reported about PanaMoney Technologies, Inc last May 26, 2009 yet the HYIP still remains today. If so, could we say that PanaMoney is stable? It cannot be assured since today is different than yesterday. Maybe that year, everything else were stable, maybe there are many HYIPs out there that people trust, so PanaMoney is just small during that year compared to others. It was like, “Yeah PanaMoney could close, so what? We have other trusted HYIPs out there”. That could be responsible for making PanaMoney this far. Today is different, all trusted HYIPs fall so these leads to investors panicking. If they detected any signs that could mean a program’s downfall, they will get all payouts they have and leave that HYIP. Is PanaMoney next?

What a Week!
Recently I sent out an email titled “The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly”. Well, in some ways that’s what we’re still looking at. First, we’d like to thank those of you that have stood by us. We know there are many who are being patient and understanding. It’s not been an easy road for any of us.
Now, down to business, the funds for the ecurrencies are coming. They will not all arrive at the same time as they are taking various routes to get here. As they arrive withdrawal requests ARE being paid. In order to accommodate the most members we are paying the smallest withdraws first. I know we said that we would pay in order of request. But many of the smaller requests are of more necessity than those requesting larger amounts. Don’t worry, we will get all requests completed. Because of the various methods we are using to bring in funds we are anticipating having withdrawals up to normal timeframe by the weekend or at the latest by Monday.
We are working on the maturities. Once again we are anticipating this to be corrected by the weekend as well so bear with us. Of course, the new plans are not affected.
Thing are progressing now of integrating the Bankwire registration page. Because of all the variety of things being worked on, the ability to deposit and withdraw via Bankwire will take until next week. We also will allow withdraw request via Bankwire next week as well, even if your deposits were made via Ecurrency.
Accounting will kick into high gear tomorrow with the additional staff being put into place to work on the accounts.
Understand, we are still going through the suspended accounts. Those that will be unsuspended will be completed by the beginning of next week as well. Please do NOT send any more support tickets on this issue. Once we make a decision you will either access your account or you won’t.
TICKET DELETION
We have been overwhelmed by tickets and have found most of them have been answered in our mailouts. Please confine help tickets to personal account problems. We are deleting the backlog of about 600 tickets because there is no way to answer them all. These are the main subjects of tickets and answers so you know the current situation.
SP and PM FUNDS NOT SHOWING IN ACCOUNT:
There appears to be a problem with the SP API sending the deposit info back to your PTV account. Please send a ticket with the subject line FUNDS MISSING. Please include all details from your SP or PM back office.
PLANS NOT MATURING ON TIME:
At the moment the situation is that all investments will mature later than is showing in your back office.
This is due to a server time problem that the techs are working on now. Expect approximately 5-6 days to be added to existing maturity dates. This will not affect new investment maturity timing. Please be patient. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS !!!
OVERPAYMENT RETURN:
If you have received a payment in excess of what you are entitled to, please send it back to the originating PTV account with OVERPAYMENT and your PTxxxxxxx number in the memo. Garrett has stated those who do send the overpayments back without being prompted will receive preferential treatment in the future. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A TICKET !!!
SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT:
If your account has been suspended and you have reason to believe that it should not be, please send a ticket from outside your account outlining the reasons why. Include your PTxxxxxxx number and any relevant details. Please use the Subject line SUSPENSION. Please wait for an answer from the admin before re-opening it. It will take it out of the queue if you do.
PENDING WITHDRAWALS:
Many overpayments were made to keep members happy. Funds allocated to future withdrawal requests were used during this process. To save time these were paid out to processors. Garrett has always stated that only 3 days reserves are held by payment processors. Garrett is organising funds from the earnings of the mine to be sent. The wiring of these funds takes a few days. They should be in the e-currency accounts by the end of this week and at the latest by Monday. Only send a ticket if your legitimate withdrawal request is still pending from before the 7th April and use the subject line FAILED REQUEST.
REDEPOSIT LINK:
The redeposit link was removed to enable the technical staff to do some manual work on the database without hindrance from ever changing data. As soon as the work is completed it will be restored. In the mean time try withdrawing and redepositing. We realise this may be difficult right now but the situation will improve when the e-currency coffers are filled…hopefully by the weekend. PLEASE DO NOT SEND TICKETS ABOUT THIS!!!

Our IT staff is working very hard to get things squared away as fast as they can and they have told me the blog will be back working the beginning of next week. It’s great to hear so many of you have asked about the time of it’s return. We are going to get the forum back on track as well.

XagaEnterprise Tells a Story
Kevin, the admin of XagaEnterprise tells a story about how he had managed to revive XagaEnterprise from the dead. Does that mean that XagaEnterprise is going to die now? Let’s just wait and see. It’s clear to me that XagaEnterprise wll die soon but I don’t know if he will be able to survive that. What’s more is there is a rather confusing act the admin had made. Since XagaEnterprise is moving the database to GoldCoders, Kevin said that the withdraw button is closed for until the 10th day. Then what about the deposit button? Is he going to close it as well? Uhm…he has no updates on that so that means that the deposit button is still open. What will happen to new investors then? Aren’t they being fooled? If he is really going to transfer the database to GoldCoders then the deposit button will also be closed along with the withdraw button. If it isn’t closed then the program is still accepting deposits which is unfair to those that are waiting for payments. Please, if the deposit is still open, do not invest any funds on XagaEnterprise at the moment. Let’s wait a few more days and make sure XagaEnterprise lives up to his promise.

GoldNuggetInvest Mini-Update
The admin of GoldNuggetInvest talks about the application for refund they are taking for quite some time now. To date, they have been receiving over 1700 refund requests and the campaign had just begun. Robert assigned two members in this kind of task. It is then that they require a whole lot of effort to process the refunds verifying one account to the other. It requires an awful lot of skills to review that many accounts so Robert requested the members to be patient and understand the current situation they are having. Robert said that all the claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days which he said would take place from May 15 to June 15, or sooner depending on the speed of the process. During the process, Robert requested on one of his verifier, a weekly report about anything else related to the refund (details on the newsletter).
Robert told the members about the refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program. It is said that refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase for other member’s deposits will be refunded by the end of the week. If they haven’t received any email by Friday, members can contact Robert through his email. He also reminded the members to be specific with the refund requests. It should contain all transaction information, the deposit information and any relevant information that can help facilitate Robert’s issuing of the refund. He also told the members that he is currently working on the new GNI and at the same time the refund program. This is because he must keep his traders busy or traders will go to another Arbitrage Programs. He is also concerned about the threats and all other bad campaigns ruining one of his member’s name and explained the whole thing.

We have received quite a few applications for refunds; over 1700 to date and this campaign has just begun. This is a HUGE effort requiring a very specific skill set, fair review of all applications and most of all consistency from one Refund Application to the next. Therefore Todd and Debbie will be those GNI people working diligently to get these done in a fashion described above.
To ensure fairness amongst all of our customers, an appropriate amount of time to procure the necessary funds and to take some of the pressure off of these two, I have decided that all claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days. This should take place between May 15th and June 15th; perhaps sooner, depends on how quickly they are able to process these refunds.
This is not to avoid paying owed refunds, it is to ensure fairness to those who are owed funds, it is to ensure we have adequate time to obtain the funds while subscribing to the notion of fairness to our traders and bookies. We ARE NOT going to RUN!!!
During this process, I have asked Todd to provide to me a weekly status report which will be in my in-box on Monday morning (GMT). In this report will be:
A. The number of Refund Requests Made to Date (number of Tickets)
B. The number of Refund Requests Completed and Ready for Payment (within + or – 10% of claimants expected amount)
C, The number of Refund Requests Completed but not Ready for Payment (outside of the 10% parameters)
D. The number of New Refund Requests not previously received from the week before
E. Anything else worthy of reporting
If it appears that our self-imposed deadline will be missed, appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner to reduce the probability of any delays.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds requests need to be posted in a support ticket at http://gniforum.com/gnirefund/ ONLY. Refund requests send to ANY of the know email addresses can not be honored and will be deleted upon receiving.
2. Refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program
Refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase of other member’s deposits will be refunded by weeks end. If you have not received your refund by Friday afternoon close of business (COB – GMT), please send me an email (goldnuggetinvest@gmail.com). Please be very specific when making this request; should include ALL transaction information, the deposit information of the GNI User which you were preparing to purchase and any other relevant information you feel will help facilitate my issuing of your refund. 3. The ‘New’ GNI
I am continuing putting together the New GNI, while remaining cognizant of the refund program. As you know, we cannot combine the two programs. We must, however, keep our traders busy or we jeopardize giving up their unused capacity to other Arbitrage Programs. More on this shortly.
4. Cyber-Smear Campaign
It has come to my attention that a comprehensive smear campaign has been launched against GNI, targeting Todd for he chose not to disguise his personal details. Much of the past 11 years of his on-line history is now an open book. Needless to say, none of it is presented in a positive fashion. He is receiving a constant barrage of life-threatening, evil, disgusting emails involving bodily functions and other horrendous acts.
These threats have resulted from the current state of affairs of GNI.
I am here to support and affirm some very important facts, concerning Todd and his role in GNI.
First, was Todd a member? Yes, of course he was; one of our very first. Several months ago, before our troubles, he sold his membership back to the company for a bit less than 33cents on the dollar.
The reason for this was to avoid any potential for a conflict of interest. He could not, nor could I rely on his objectivity so long as he had funds in the program
Second, did Todd receive referral commissions? Yes, for certain, until the end of Spring last year. He also offered to split the commission with his down-line, 1/2 back to the purchaser, the other to charity (on the larger amounts). None of which he was asked to do nor am I aware of any other offers made by any of our up-line referrers.
In the beginning of summer his referral base was starting to grow. It was obvious, many subscribed under him hoping to receive preferential treatment, which is not an unreasonable expectation, but not in the best interest of the program nor the non-referral customer base. Todd asked, and received my authority to split his commission amongst the staff members of GNI. He was permitted to place his user id for new members coming into the program without a sponsor, as the up-line referrer. In a couple instances, the member did not want any sponsor receiving commission. In this case, Todd removed his user ID and the commission restored to the general fund. This was a great motivating tool and cost the members and the principals zero.
In this on-going smear campaign it is alleged Todd has stolen funds from the members for his own benefit.
I am here to proclaim, Todd does not now, nor has he ever had access to GNI Payment Processor accounts (PP), E-Currency, Bank Wire, Bank, Deposit, Receipts or Withdraws of Members, Trader, Principal or anyone’s funds other than his own. Even if Todd wanted to, he couldn’t gain access to any funds that were not otherwise his and his alone.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of far too many of our trusted members who engaged in serious referral abuse or other fraudsters which continue to ‘hang around’ the GNI site, waiting to steal money, resources and most of all steal the energy out of someone so important to the success of the program.
Todd has been an asset to this program and to all of our member base as well as to me and the principals of GNI.
Those of you intending to hurt Todd, consider yourselves having been successful. Records on the internet become permanent. You have placed him in danger without knowing the facts!

It seems like HarmonicMarket left the hyip industry. I think it’s because of the recent issue regarding the legality of their business that was regulated by IFSC situated in Belize where their company claims the country in which they reside. The most recent news on HarmonicMarket was when they reported about their program being sold on a private investor so that HarmonicMarket will not be situated on Belize anymore. After that, We haven’t heard anything from HarmonicMarket and whats worst is that we weren’t able to access the site. It seems that HarmonicMoney disappeared like breeze along with investors money. Oh well, another scam HYIP that had fooled so many investors. Tsk…
I wasn’t able to access GeniusFunds as well. Is GeniusFunds also going for it? Because GeniusFunds has a ton of problems appearing day by day for this past week. I felt bad about this HYIP that ran for a very long time. Now we know that GeniusFunds is an organized Ponzi Scheme and its too late for that. Tsk…Tsk…

CSEC on GeniusFunds
Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CSEC) finally speaks up with regards to GeniusFunds. We all remembered that BCSC banned GeniusFunds because of the allegations that GeniusFunds has return of investment that is impossible to obtain through any legal means (meaning a ponzi). Because of that GeniusFunds was called up for a hearing last February 25 and then canceled and will resume on April 7. This recent report coming from CSEC can be a cause for GeniusFunds to lose that hearing. GeniusFunds told the investors that their company is based on Cyprus and is registered legally there. People confirmed it true because GeniusFunds provided documents of their registration on CSEC. But this is not the case for CSEC. CSEC is a securities and exchange commission in Cyprus. Like British Columbia Exchange Commission (BCSC), it also deals with investments and the Stock Market may it be online or offline. Any investment firms that is based on a country are regulated by these securities and exchange commission. GeniusFunds is based on Cyprus so it must be registered to CSEC….well, it should be but here’s what CSEC says:

It seemed like GeniusFunds did not care about CSEC’s warning to the public. Because in this most recent email from GeniusFunds, they did not talk about the matter.

2) The maintenance work has been delayed due to the unexpected circumstances that our technical team is dealing with. We are trying our best to overcome them asap and restore a fully operational service.
3) Please do not get concerned with the rumours and reports you read online about us shutting down or being a scam. They are completely false and baseless.
4) We can not issue a confirmed timeframe but rest assured, our technical team is working round the clock to get the website up and running for you. We will be back online soon.
We understand your concerns and would like to thank you for your patience and co-operation during these testing times.

What better way to do than to hide the worms that lurks in the pie. It will ruin the business. Soon enough people will see CSEC’s warning and GeniusFund’s investors will decrease. It’s up to you if you will invest on GeniusFunds now or leave it at bay. GeniusFunds is like a candle now. The wick has been burned and the candle is shortening. Soon… the candle will die.
GoldNuggetInvest Refund Update
GoldNuggetInvest updated the members of the refund for those who are not in profit. There have been issues on the refund lately but GoldNuggetInvest is working it and will be fixed soon. GoldNuggetInvest updated the refund website that was wrong in the previous newsletter and replaced it with the correct link to the website. They also told the members of the Application for Refund that was available on the previous newsletter that the Application for Refund must be copied in full without anything missing on it. But if the members haven’t copied it yet, one will be provided via automated response to the initial opening request. GoldNuggetInvest told the members of the glitch on the refund request that happened on the first 700-800 request and the problem is being taken care of so members need not to worry. And finally, if members doesn’t fully understand the refund process they can visit the forum for further explanation. Garret explains to the members that the process is tedious and requires a lot of work, so members need to be patient for the refunds and understand Garret’s situation.

2. If you have not cut and paste a fully completed Application for Refund, one will be provided to you when you receive an automated (system generated) response to your initial opening request. Included in this response which is forwarded to your email will be your new ticket number. This ticket number stays with you throughout the duration of your claim.
3. Be clear with all your responses. The clearer you are the faster this will go.
4. These refunds have to be confirmed, verified and then approved. This is a tedious, brain-draining process so please have some patience.
5. The first several hundred (somewhere between seven hundred and eight hundred) refund requests, due to a programming glitch, did not send, in the automated response, your ticket number. Do not be concerned, we received it, and a number was assigned to it….Please do not send a follow up ticket asking what your ticket number is. If you need to add additional supporting information, go to the forum and send a PM to GNIChyk who will ask your name and other confidential information you supplied in the refund application. She will then give you your ticket number.
6. If you do not understand some aspect of the process, go to the forum where it is discussed in detail FIRST. If the issue you ask is easily and readily available on the forum and it is clear you have not attempted to find this information out for yourself….there will be no choice but to return your ticket….This is out of consideration for your fellow member. If it’s not clear or if several members seem to be having a similar issue, a mini-newsletter will be forwarded to the community, such as this.
