HYIP’s Under Cease and Desist Order

Clover Projects Ltd. also known online as HarmonicMarket is under cease and desist order by the International Financial Services Comission  (IFSC) in Belize. Although Clover Projects Ltd. is an international based company registered in Belize. IFSC says that the company is not licensed to operate such high yield investment service as required by the Laws of Belize. Therefore Clover Projects Ltd. is under cease and desist until the company complies and acquires a license.

It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that CLOVER PROJECTS LTD., an international business company registered in Belize, is engaged in Trading in Securities and is offering a high yield investment service under the name “Harmonic Market”, without a licence from the IFSC, as required by section 7 of the International Financial Services Commission Act, Chapter 272 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000-2003, as amended by Act No. 8 of 2007. This is an offence under the laws of Belize.

CLOVER PROJECTS LTD. is therefore directed to cease and desist from carrying on the said activities until it has applied for and obtained a licence from the IFSC.

All persons concerned are asked to take note and exercise caution.

Another HYIP is also under cease and desist order. Its GoldenFleecFund. GoldenFleeceFund is also under cease and desist for the reason that GFF has no license to operate HYI services. GoldenFleeceFund registered it’s business on the address Blake Building, Suite 102, Belize City, Belize, but that wasn’t enough for IFSC. GoldenFleeceFund must comply and obtain a licence according to the Belize law or GoldenFleeceFund will still be under Cease and Desist.

We all know that GoldenFleeceFund is a scam now. But still, for readers to take extra caution, I provided more proofs. As for HarmonicMarket they have to provide explanations to its members if they want their program to stay.

There are other websites/programs that are under cease and desist but that doesn’t concern the world of HYIP, if you want you can visit IFSC website.

XagaEnterprise Asks for Opinions

The admin of XagaEnterprise asked its members about the processing of payments. Kevin said in the most recent email that he processes the payments himself manually so members will expect delayed payments from 24 to 48 hours. He explained that due to the number of members XagaEnterprise has, he is having a hard time processing payments manually, as a result delays will be necessary. To solve this, he asks the help of GoldCoders. XagaEnterprise will be converting their database to GoldCoder’s script. But there will be a burden that members have to carry. Every payout require the members deduction of 6% as a fee but the payment is automatic, meaning instant. So Kevin opens up a poll. Will it be:

Manual Payouts

• No Fee
• 24 hours to 48 hours delay

Automatic Payouts ( thorugh GoldCoders script)

• 6% fee
• Instant Payouts

Kevin also added that XagaEnterprise will go private soon. The total investment allowed is now $9,950. He will also be deleting inactive accounts to make way for paying investors. Take note that the minimum to upgrade member’s account is just $1.

GoldenFleeceFund’s Desperate Attempt

GoldenFleeceFund has the nerve to send an email to their members yet, they haven’t paid some of their members. There have been an increased report from the members that their payouts are still pending. GoldenFleeceFund is now a scam taking up to what we popularly call as the Ponzi scheme. And now, their desperate attempt proves this scheme. GoldenFleeceFund  is offering its investors a new short term VIP plan that has a minimum deposit of $5001 and will last for just 30 days. This is an exact example of a Ponzi scheme. GoldenFleeceFund offers this new plan so that they will be able to collect large amounts of money from high paying investors so that they can pay their low paying investors. This desperate attempt is GoldenFleeceFund’s last resort to keep their ponzi up and running for quite some time. I hope that no people will invest in GeniusFunds so that this program will end quick.

Verifield Makes Profit in China

Verifield plans ahead. They use the potential of the growth of China’s automotive industry to increase their profits. Verifield knows that if they had a share in China’s automative industry, China’s growth will also increase theirs. Verifield chose China Automotive Systems Inc to buy shares with. Verified purchased at $17.98 per share in the morning, sold 19.58 per share in the afternoon which gives them an overall 8.8% profit.

NanoMoneyCorp DDos Attack Update plus GoldenFleeceFund Stopped Paying

NanoMoneyCorp is under DDos Attack yesterday, February 24, 2010. The site is experiencing some loading problems and system faults. This kind of DDos attack was the first time that they had encountered and made their own DDos protectors and other DDos protectors completely useless. NanoMoneyCorp told its investors that despite the fact that the site is experiencing problems, the payments will be made in a timely manner and their investments will not be affected. GoldenFleeceFund Stopped Paying

Could this be GoldenFleeceFund’s downfall? The members of GoldenFleeceFund are complaining that payouts are delayed and some are not paid at all. As we all know, in my recent post, GoldenFleeceFund has added new programs for investors to take part and invest more. GoldenFleeceFund’s move were to target the highest possible money they can get by promoting a program that gives bonuses to the investors if ever they invest that amount of money and to allow investors to leave some of their money behind using a compounding program that had been initiated just days ago. Let’s just hope that GoldenFleeceFund will recover soon and pay their pending payouts or else this would be one of the biggest scam an investor would face.

MandarinInvest Increases ROI plus GeniusFunds on BCSC Update

MandarinInvest decided to increase the payouts in one of their plans: 1% for 30 days, 1.3% for 100 days and 1.6%-2.1% for 150 days with principal returned back on expiry on every single plan. MandarinInvest’s decision was to increase (…not that much)  the daily percentage for investors investing in the Basic Plan. The increase is from 1% to 1.1% (see …I told you) for 30 days.

GeniusFunds on BCSC Update

The meeting that will be held today, February 25, 2010 is cancelled and British Columbia Securities Commission moved the date to April 7,2010. This is good news to GeniusFunds and it’s investors. GeniusFunds will have time to reorganize and strategize themselves so that they will come up with substantial proof of their investment activities. Investors for now will not worry too much about GeniusFunds until the said date(April 7).
