    StaunchFinances’ first month anniversary will start on Friday, May 21. Daily payments in calendar days will start today. From this day forward, members will also receive payments on Saturdays and Sundays in StaunchFinances’ High-ROI and Low-Roi programs. They also decided to remove GlobalDigitalPay as one of their payment processor. This is because of the low popularity of this payment processor on StaunchFinances. But if ever members request it, they will bring back GlobalDigitalPay.

    Other updates, I decided not to say as I would spoil the whole newsletter.

    Dear members, Good day everyone! A new week starts and I’m pretty excited! Why you may ask? Well, it’s our program’s first month anniversary on Friday the 21st! Many thought I can’t do it. I proved them wrong and I will continue proving them wrong in the many months ahead.

    I just have a few things to mention that I think is worth knowing.

    1. Since the 21st is a Friday, the daily payments in calendar days technically STARTS TODAY! From now on, you will receive earnings on both the high- and low-ROI plans daily including Saturdays and Sundays. High-ROI plan is still paid on expiry though.

    2. We decided to disable deposits on Global Digital Pay (GDP) since nobody uses them anyway. I’ve had two deposits from one member using that processor since the beginning. It will be enabled again once they get competitive with the other processors and if the demand gets high.

    3. I’ve been monitoring our Alexa ranking since the beginning, on our second day online, we were at rank 1,732,614. It slowly got better and better each day and currently, we are at rank 71,965 (yesterday was 74,902). That’s way better than many blogs, forums and/or monitor ranks! Thank you for all your support!     4. I’ve given you 2 out of the 3 huge surprises already. I was ready to give you the other one but circumstances happen and it’s not going to happen anytime soon. I am going to tell you what it is though. We were ready to implement the credit card deposit option (with very minimal and competitive fees!) on the site but I received an email that my application was later denied due to some complaints they received from other cc merchants regarding our industry. Now I am back to square one on my application with another merchant. I apologize to all those who would love and have waited for this feature implemented.

    GNI Opens Refunds

    GoldNuggetInvest a.k.a GNI surprised us with this email. We thought GNI left us already and takes all the money for themselves. Alas! Here they are telling the people that refund will start today. Members who are not in profit during GNI’s fall will be refunded as promised. To assist them in the refund, they hired additional staffs and will also be moving staffs as they move further. Robert does not guarantee that refunds will be quick but he assures that all that he owes to will get paid.

    1. We are pleased to announce that our efforts to begin paying refunds due, owed and payable to GNI members, not in profit, have begun (this Monday, the 17th of May, 2010). For reasons which should be obvious, we will not announce the order, anticipated payment date or running totals. We maintain our commitment to conclude this process as soon as possible and with all members receiving a profit of not less than 1.5%.

    2. To both assist and expedite the Refund Process, we have brought back “Rumiko” to the ranks of the gainfully employed. In addition, we will be making some movement of staff as we move in other directions. Not to worry. We will be maintaining the Refund effort; and have dedicated staff who are committed to providing excellent customer service.

    3. Some are insisting upon us providing a completion date. This we cannot do. We will make steady headway and work to serve and refund all of our members out of pocket equally and fairly.

    4. As we have maintained, the refunds all are receiving should not play into your participation in other programs offered on the net. Specifically, we do not think it wise or fair that commitments are made based on a pre-conceived notion or time-frame of an anticipated refund from GNI.

    To summarize, Refunds have now begun and members can report there refunds as they see fit. We will continue to communicate as the situation dictates.

    GoldNuggetInvest updated the members with the refund applications that are completed. At this moment 500 refund applications have been completed. He also told the members that they could have processed a total of 100 requests per day but members are sending for up to 80 emails per day. GNI has no other choice but to answer all those emails and as a result, the processed request is decreased. So, GNI urges members not to send anymore emails asking about their refunds as they are being processed accordingly. Also the admin told the members of the new GNI (Details below).

    Status of Refund Applications:

    At the time of this writing we are at a bit over 500 Refund Applications completed. I spoke with Todd who advised me we are able to process up to 100 per day, but Debbie and he are receiving upwards of 80 emails PER DAY requesting status of their particular refund.

    To provide the status of any given ticket takes, in terms of total time spent, the amount of time it takes to process two refund applications. This means they could, at this point be over 1100 applications processed.

    I urge all Applicants to PLEASE refrain from sending these emails. They are compelled to answer the emails before working the refund applications. Further, nobody receives refunds sooner because their Application was submitted and processed before the next person. As they near the end of the process, they will put out a call to members with a date through which refund applications have (had) been processed. Nobody needs to be concerned.

    The New Program:

    We have completed a Narrative detailing our new project. It is our intention to keep this program and process absolutely private.

    XagaEnterprise Tells a Story

    Kevin, the admin of XagaEnterprise tells a story about how he had managed to revive XagaEnterprise from the dead. Does that mean that XagaEnterprise is going to die now? Let’s just wait and see. It’s clear to me that XagaEnterprise wll die soon but I don’t know if he will be able to survive that. What’s more is there is a rather confusing act the admin had made. Since XagaEnterprise is moving the database to GoldCoders, Kevin said that the withdraw button is closed for until the 10th day. Then what about the deposit button? Is he going to close it as well? Uhm…he has no updates on that so that means that the deposit button is still open. What will happen to new investors then? Aren’t they being fooled? If he is really going to transfer the database to GoldCoders then the deposit button will also be closed along with the withdraw button. If it isn’t closed then the program is still accepting deposits which is unfair to those that are waiting for payments. Please, if the deposit is still open, do not invest any funds on XagaEnterprise at the moment. Let’s wait a few more days and make sure XagaEnterprise lives up to his promise.

    Listen folks, The reason I switch to goldcoders because I was hacked when using Neversay masspayment long time ago. I was hacked around 2K at that moment.     8-9 months ago, I revived XagaEnterprise from the death twice!

    First, STP shut me down because I was against their policy. But I chose to refund all the STP account holders even I had to lose thousands.

    Second, when I had problem with hushhosting. XagaEnterprise was offline about 1 month but still revived from the death.

    Now, it’s up to you. If you want to bring me down, I will be very disappointed but if you want to support me, then stand behind me. I will honor and appreciate it. I will fight for XagaEnterprise.

    The admin of GoldNuggetInvest talks about the application for refund they are taking for quite some time now. To date, they have been receiving over 1700 refund requests and the campaign had just begun. Robert assigned two members in this kind of task. It is then that they require a whole lot of effort to process the refunds verifying one account to the other. It requires an awful lot of skills to review that many accounts so Robert requested the members to be patient and understand the current situation they are having. Robert said that all the claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days which he said would take place from May 15 to June 15, or sooner depending on the speed of the process. During the process, Robert requested on one of his verifier, a weekly report about anything else related to the refund (details on the newsletter).

    Robert told the members about the refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program.  It is said that refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase for other member’s deposits will be refunded by the end of the week. If they haven’t received any email by Friday, members can contact Robert through his email. He also reminded the members to be specific with the refund requests. It should contain all transaction information, the deposit information and any relevant information that can help facilitate Robert’s issuing of the refund. He also told the members that he is currently working on the new GNI and at the same time the refund program. This is because he must keep his traders busy or traders will go to another Arbitrage Programs. He is also concerned about the threats and all other bad campaigns ruining one of his member’s name and explained the whole thing.

    1. Refund Status and Tentative Repayment Date

    We have received quite a few applications for refunds; over 1700 to date and this campaign has just begun. This is a HUGE effort requiring a very specific skill set, fair review of all applications and most of all consistency from one Refund Application to the next. Therefore Todd and Debbie will be those GNI people working diligently to get these done in a fashion described above.

    To ensure fairness amongst all of our customers, an appropriate amount of time to procure the necessary funds and to take some of the pressure off of these two, I have decided that all claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days. This should take place between May 15th and June 15th; perhaps sooner, depends on how quickly they are able to process these refunds.

    This is not to avoid paying owed refunds, it is to ensure fairness to those who are owed funds, it is to ensure we have adequate time to obtain the funds while subscribing to the notion of fairness to our traders and bookies. We ARE NOT going to RUN!!!

    During this process, I have asked Todd to provide to me a weekly status report which will be in my in-box on Monday morning (GMT). In this report will be:

    A. The number of Refund Requests Made to Date (number of Tickets)

    B. The number of Refund Requests Completed and Ready for Payment (within + or – 10% of claimants expected amount)

    C, The number of Refund Requests Completed but not Ready for Payment (outside of the 10% parameters)

    D. The number of New Refund Requests not previously received from the week before

    E. Anything else worthy of reporting

    If it appears that our self-imposed deadline will be missed, appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner to reduce the probability of any delays.

    PLEASE NOTE: Refunds requests need to be posted in a support ticket at http://gniforum.com/gnirefund/ ONLY. Refund requests send to ANY of the know email addresses can not be honored and will be deleted upon receiving.

    2. Refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program

    Refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase of other member’s deposits will be refunded by weeks end. If you have not received your refund by Friday afternoon close of business (COB – GMT), please send me an email (goldnuggetinvest@gmail.com). Please be very specific when making this request; should include ALL transaction information, the deposit information of the GNI User which you were preparing to purchase and any other relevant information you feel will help facilitate my issuing of your refund. Your assistance helping me with this It would really be appreciated.

    3. The ‘New’ GNI

    I am continuing putting together the New GNI, while remaining cognizant of the refund program. As you know, we cannot combine the two programs. We must, however, keep our traders busy or we jeopardize giving up their unused capacity to other Arbitrage Programs. More on this shortly.

    4. Cyber-Smear Campaign

    It has come to my attention that a comprehensive smear campaign has been launched against GNI, targeting Todd for he chose not to disguise his personal details. Much of the past 11 years of his on-line history is now an open book. Needless to say, none of it is presented in a positive fashion. He is receiving a constant barrage of life-threatening, evil, disgusting emails involving bodily functions and other horrendous acts.

    These threats have resulted from the current state of affairs of GNI.

    I am here to support and affirm some very important facts, concerning Todd and his role in GNI.

    First, was Todd a member? Yes, of course he was; one of our very first. Several months ago, before our troubles, he sold his membership back to the company for a bit less than 33cents on the dollar.

    The reason for this was to avoid any potential for a conflict of interest. He could not, nor could I rely on his objectivity so long as he had funds in the program

    Second, did Todd receive referral commissions? Yes, for certain, until the end of Spring last year. He also offered to split the commission with his down-line, 1/2 back to the purchaser, the other to charity (on the larger amounts). None of which he was asked to do nor am I aware of any other offers made by any of our up-line referrers.

    In the beginning of summer his referral base was starting to grow. It was obvious, many subscribed under him hoping to receive preferential treatment, which is not an unreasonable expectation, but not in the best interest of the program nor the non-referral customer base. Todd asked, and received my authority to split his commission amongst the staff members of GNI. He was permitted to place his user id for new members coming into the program without a sponsor, as the up-line referrer. In a couple instances, the member did not want any sponsor receiving commission. In this case, Todd removed his user ID and the commission restored to the general fund. This was a great motivating tool and cost the members and the principals zero.

    In this on-going smear campaign it is alleged Todd has stolen funds from the members for his own benefit.

    I am here to proclaim, Todd does not now, nor has he ever had access to GNI Payment Processor accounts (PP), E-Currency, Bank Wire, Bank, Deposit, Receipts or Withdraws of Members, Trader, Principal or anyone’s funds other than his own. Even if Todd wanted to, he couldn’t gain access to any funds that were not otherwise his and his alone.

    Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of far too many of our trusted members who engaged in serious referral abuse or other fraudsters which continue to ‘hang around’ the GNI site, waiting to steal money, resources and most of all steal the energy out of someone so important to the success of the program.

    Todd has been an asset to this program and to all of our member base as well as to me and the principals of GNI.

    Those of you intending to hurt Todd, consider yourselves having been successful. Records on the internet become permanent. You have placed him in danger without knowing the facts!

    Other News:

    It seems like HarmonicMarket left the hyip industry. I think it’s because of the recent issue regarding the legality of their business that was regulated by IFSC situated in Belize where their company claims the country in which they reside. The most recent news on HarmonicMarket was when they reported about their program being sold on a private investor so that HarmonicMarket will not be situated on Belize anymore. After that, We haven’t heard anything from HarmonicMarket and whats worst is that we weren’t able to access the site. It seems that HarmonicMoney disappeared like breeze along with investors money. Oh well, another scam HYIP that had fooled so many investors. Tsk…

    GeniusFunds

    I wasn’t able to access GeniusFunds as well. Is GeniusFunds also going for it? Because GeniusFunds has a ton of problems appearing day by day for this past week. I felt bad about this HYIP that ran for a very long time. Now we know that GeniusFunds is an organized Ponzi Scheme and its too late for that. Tsk…Tsk…
