After that heartwarming e-mail that entices some members of Arbispro, promises were still left undone. At this point, the ArbisPro will now be considered as a scam because they promised that their members payment will be received within 24 hours. Members of ArbisPro are not being paid and thus ArbisPro did not kept their promise.

At this point, where HYIP’s are considered as 99% scam, people must think twice before going in through investments. Be wise enough and go for short term plans. These plans usually go for 3 days to two weeks. These plans give small gains but its better than not having your money returned at all.

The shorter the plan the less risky it is, the longer the plan the more risky it will be.

Research for top HYIP programs that are paying. There are many websites out there that monitors HYIP programs if they are paying or not.
