Aballong’s E-Currency Excuse

The report that Aballong gave to us for not making payments lately were more of an excuse than an actual fact. They took advantage of the problems that e-currencies were having lately like the one on GlobalDigitalPay so that they can buy some more time and generate money. They blame it all to e-currencies like StrictPay and GlobalDigitalPay and explained that this was the reason why they are behind investments on bookies and that they weren’t able to make arbitration at the moment. Look at this email and judge it accordingly:

We still not get any answers from StrictPay not even the feedback that they received the papers, and they did! So we are a little behind in investments, into bookies, GDP is somehow back online, but no exchanger is willing to exchange out, so also here we can’t do arbitration at the moment, this considered, we still have other Epayment Systems and we still make arbitration with them, and be on time with payments with all Premium Plans as we promised, we got also more than 900 emails at the moment so we are behind this, we work at the emails as fast as we can, please do not send more than one email as it just delays the email responds from us. All pending refund requests will be refunded as fast as we can, please do not submit here more emails, it will not be faster, some people submitting 10 emails at a time!

I don’t know about you but to me it is more like an excuse rather than an explanation. This move allows the hyip program to buy some time so that they can recover the program or worse scam more people. It’s suggested to refrain from depositing at Aballong at the moment until the problem is fixed.

What Lurks Beneath PTVPartner

PTVPartner may be down but their blog isn’t. I was able to skim through their blog and found here the reason beneath PTVPartner going offline. The blog is still active at the moment and you will be able to see the plans that Garret is pursuing plus his plans on establishing a private program. The latest blog (and the only one) that I’ve read, explained how PTVPartner went down. Garret said that in trying to fix the problem, it created another problem which makes it worse than before. He also apologizes to the members and said that he will only refund to the members who are not in profit and leave those in profit behind. It also states the future of PTVPartner that will be like GNI that is private and not available to online investors.

Despite the naysayers, which I realize are many, and rightly so in some cases, I am here to update you all.

When PTV started, I had the best intentions of helping many. I envisioned at some point changing the ecurrency world. It was perhaps an overly grand vision. Actually, it might have worked had it not been for the circumstances that took place. Most will never know.

To list these reasons would open up a whole new debate and only be construed as excuses anyway. While the naysayers will tell you this is just more talk to keep members quiet, that is not the case.

When PTV started I believed I had taken all the necessary actions to keep any of the usual things from going wrong. On that the naysayers are right. I was wrong. Much happened and in trying to “fix” the problems more were created. Finally, at the end there was almost no way to adequately fix it. Not with the site running and not under the circumstances that were created.

The next part is the hardest to say. We have taken down the site completely but I have not gone away. I am here, licking my wounds a bit since, but with the full intention of paying all those not in profit. Those that were in profit, I am sorry but there is no way to continue paying out at this point on the plans that were running. The current steps that are being taken are these.

1) A full accounting has to be done. Because of all the issues that happened to the script and the errors that were made by some of the IT staff and the corrections we attempted that backfired we are unable to do this in a hurry. This is anticipated to be completed within a few weeks.

2) We are considering the future. My reaction at this moment is to payout those not in profit and walk away. Should anything further be considered, it will be extremely limited in membership and possibly not even offered to any current online members.

I am sorry. None of this is what I intended in the beginning. Nothing is yet fully determined as we must get through the current situation first. Then we will take a break, look at what we have and make a decision from there.

It is kept online show to the people that they are not scams and the program’s downfall was not intended. It’s up to us now to judge if Garret is really telling the truth. From the plans of Garret to the visions of PTVPartner, we really can say that this HYIP program is professional. But due to the problems that occur, none was able to predict the outcome of the program and yes, naysayers were the ones going into speculations that PTVPartner is a scam. PTVPartner was the program that has plans on its investors but I think they came at the wrong place and at the wrong time. Maybe venturing the program offline will make things work out for them..or maybe not.

TrueEarn Update

For this past 3 weeks TrueEarn was able to gain 4,000 members. Most are in profit now and some are about to. This number is not that easy to attain. To be able to encourage investors to join your HYIP, a program must be reputable and honest. And that makes TrueEarn a fair competitor against those stable HYIPs that are older than them. Of course everything happens not because TrueEarn promotes the program, but the honest statements of the members telling people how wonderful it is to invest at TrueEarn. For that, TrueEarn congratulates the program and thanks the members for a good job that they have done.

Also, TrueEarn added that they have added a new payment processor, SolidTrustPay and the ongoing maintainance that is happening on GlobalDigitalPay. So for those members expecting payments from GlobalDigitalPay, I’m sorry to say that you’ll have to wait until the server maintainance is finished.

Yes it was quite sad that PTVPartner could have come to an end. Judging from this newsletter, the song almost relates to it. The new program welcomes people to PTVPartner’s near end and facing the final curtain.  This is PTVPartner’s last resort into making this HYIP last longer. Of course we can state that Garret has a few regrets with him as he fails to admit to the people that PTVPartner is about to end.  Yep, Garret had planned the course from the beginning when he knew that the program is about to fall. He bit more than he could chew for this new plan that PTVPartner is having convinced more people to join the program rather that earn on it. And more, much more to this, he did it the Garret’s way.

TrueEarn: Zero Tolerance on Cheaters

The admin of TrueEarn reminded members about multiple account creation. This tactic pretends that they have referred someone although they only created a new account of their own then refer their own account to the new account thus allowing them to gain referral bonus. Thus when TrueEarn notices the situation, they immediately warn the members that their account will be banned for doing such acts. If they see members creating multiple accounts their account will be suspended and all funds frozen. You might be wondering how TrueEarn tracks multiple accounts? A PC when connected to a network has it’s own ip address, it’s like a unique number that identifies the location of the computer. If TrueEarn detected multiple users with same ip address then this is a sign that the member is creating multiple accounts.

TrueEarn passed SolidTrustPay’s verification and now TrueEarn offers SolidTrustPay as another e-currency. The e-currencies available on TrueEarn are now LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, StrictPay and GlobalDigitalPay

Here’s an update from PTVPartner that have been wounded and bruised by several naysayers calling PTVPartner a scam and will end soon. Garret proudly announced that they will held a meeting tonight and encourages people to come so that Garret can prove to them that PTVPartner will stay strong despite their downtimes. He also encourages naysayers to join the said meeting for them to realize that what they say about PTVPartner are wrong.

Garret also discusses the problems that PTVPartner had encountered like deposits, suspensions,maturities,payouts and their 3 week vacation(uh oh…This sounds bad).

SUSPENSIONS

All eligible accounts have been un-suspended. I realize some will be mad, some will be glad but If yours is still suspended then it’s done. We’ll be refunding you if you’re not in profit and we wish you well in your future endeavors.

MISSING DEPOSITS

Most missing deposits that had tickets submitted, and many that had no ticket, have been credited. We will continue to look for them. If you have a missing deposit, then please post a support ticket. Include the copy of the transaction from your ecurrency and relative information.

MATURITIES

All investments should now be at only 4 days late, Please note the word “should”. We believe we have this problem solved back to the four days but as always time will tell if the fix worked for all maturities. If not we’ll deal with it as it comes up.

We realize that there are still some issues to address but things are getting completed as quickly as we can.

PAYOUTS

This is the big thing on everyone’s minds. Not all pending payouts were completed today but we have sent out a “lion’s share”. Yesterday and today there were a substantial number of older pendings, and yes, larger amounts sent out. This will not stop, there will be more tomorrow but we have caught up a good share of them and they won’t stop being done until we are back within our normal timeframe. I anticipate this will between Wednesday and Friday.

Trust me when I say, I know what’s being said:

1.) We’re running in a few days.

(that must be why we’re paying out so much right?)

2) We needed all this new money to keep things going.

(that’s why the payouts have far exceeded what was taken in, right?)

3) We’ll be gone in 3 weeks.

(uh huh, I took time from my family, my work, and everything important to get things take care of, just so we could leave with less then we had already. Yeah, that must have been it.)

Well, I would like to hear what the members have to say about PTVPartner. Their 3 week meeting is an “uh oh” for the investors on PTVPartner. Remember what XagaEnterprise told us that they will be having a break for 2 weeks? 2 weeks had passed and another 2 weeks had also passed. How long are we going to wait?

It seemed to me like Garret is trying to revive the dead PTVPartner. A lot of days had been wasted. Any HYIP will not survive that long. If no one is funding them then their “proposed business” will not be funded too. All I can say is I cannot trust PTVPartner right at this moment. These could be tricks to lure investors to join the program and when enough funds are gathered they will leave.

It’s up to you to believe whatever sides you may want to believe. Call me a naysayer but what I say is only what I believe in. If they survive then good for them, if not, then I’m right. After all, we all have the freedom to speak for what we believe in. Naysayers aren’t gonna be like that for no particular reason you know.
