IntermedInvestments Update
IntermedInvestments although still new, has been a good HYIP program. They are always paying and they never miss any members payments. I think they will be the one who will replace those HYIPs that were stable before and gone now. IntermedInvestments offers the following plans :

I realize I had said these updates would be a more regular occurrence, but I haven’t really had much to say until now. There are a few changes, and a few reminders, I have for you today.
First of all, Paul from Money-News-Online has sent me some interview questions, answers to which I have provided to him. Hopefully, the interview will be published soon. All questions were, of course, answered as completely as possible. I always welcome our members, or potential members, to contact me with any issues not covered in the interview. Secondly, in a prior communication I have mentioned a redesign of our website. Well, that day has finally come. After an exhaustive search for designers, and a few misses (including one who ran off with our deposit and never got back to me – fortunately the deposit was small!), we have finally settled on a new design. The old site has been functional, but needed a bit of a facelift. The new design, while maintaining the same content as our current site, is a bit easier to read, better organized, and the color scheme is more pleasing to the eye (in my opinion – you are free to disagree with that!). The new design is being tested with our current script to make sure integration is seamless, and will be uploaded within the next few days. So, if you type in our address and a different look pops up on your screen, you will know why! It’s still us.
That is all that has changed. We are NOT changing the script, nor the payment plans. I will send out a brief communication when the upload is to happen. However, there will be no downtime for our site, or at least not anything significant, since the design change should take no more than a few minutes. If you have difficulty loading the site, try again in an hour. If things take any longer than that, I will be posting on the forums where I can. I would like to also remind you that my e-mail address, should something be wrong with the website, is intermedinvestments@gmail.com. That address should only be used if the website is not functioning.

Verifield Ignores the Issue
The recent update that I’ve read on Verifield’s website tells me that Verifield is ignoring the issue. Members have difficulty in accessing their accounts and others that are supposed to get paid were not paid at all. The update was about the site going to update, no news so far about the member complains on the program. Will they just leave the program? We know that Verifield was a stable HYIP that people trust. Every stable HYIPs out there had been gone and I think Verifield will also join the pact because of what they had done.

Ignoring the issue means that members will take it as a scam. People will leave the site the moment they have gotten their payments and invest on another. Thus a decrease in members will occur. Verifield had been concerned of the members before but what’s happening now? Why did they let the people down?

PrivateDiamondClub Plans on Bigger Trade

The admin of PrivateDiamondClub told the members that they are about to venture on a bigger trade in the Central African Republic. But they had a busy week so they decided to change the plan. PrivateDiamondClub will work with their old partner from the Democratic Republic of Congo which they had spent mostly 18 months in Austria. He told the members of the dangers within the trade but continues to remain positive and announces that “the club” will do a test trade, roughly around $100,000-$150,000 on Monday, March 29, 2010. The trade will last for 5-7 days.
For members who want to prove the authenticity of the program, PrivateDiamondClub allows members to join in the trade. Members will have to issue Visas and other documents on their own. The admin also reminded the members that the journey will not like be a walk in the park, and warns of possible dangers they will encounter.
The PrivateDiamondClub is open to any members who want to visit their office. They should make an appointment first before visiting though. And PrivateDiamondClub closes its site for new members. This is to control the situation until they receive a positive feedback from the traders.

Dear members and followers of the PDC,
Today we have already the 27th of March. I like to update all members and followers of the Private Diamond Club with our latest news update like every two weeks. Maybe you remember that our next trading journey was planed for next weekend (starting on the 1st of April). We planed a bigger trade in the Central African Republic. But after a busy week our head of trading and me made the decision to change the plan. We will work together with an old partner from the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo), who spend almost 18 month in Angola. He returned 2 month ago to the DRC after fighting’s between local militias and the Government ended. He contacted us that he started to operate in his old area and is controlling his own local exploration pit. Last week we made sure that everything is safe and secure and decided to work with him again. In the DRC small cities often have a chief. The chief of a nearby village assured us that everything is back under Government control and our head of trading knows the DRC, the risks and the situation long enough and we start a small diamond test trade (valued between US$100k-150k). The journey will start this Monday on the 29th of March. Our head of trading will travel together with one other diamond expert. As I always say it is all about about people, power and numbers. Because of the well known trading area and the small trading amount the journey will take no longer than 5-7 days.
We had some Private Diamond Club members who asked if they can join a trading journey. The answer is: YES! But just 2-3 members for one journey. We do not issue Visa’s or other documents. A trading journey to the DRC or the CAR is not a bus safari to Masai Mara to watch the animals… We can held our members to get all documents, flights or recommend Hotels. But trust me there is no Hilton Hotel waiting in the area’s where the main trades are taking place. A trading journey is different from a simple visit to our office or a meeting. Kenya is safe and a tourist country. So if you just want to visit our office you just need an appointment.
Anyway, let’s pray for the best and hope that our head of trading wins a new long time trading partner next week.

I also got some news I did not like. A few days ago our webmaster informed me that we had a script error with SP. The error will be solved latest on Monday but all SP deposits are added manual. Sorry for that. Since yesterday Pecunix deposits are added automatically to the members account.
Me and the Private Diamond Club stuff decided to close the doors for new members starting from Tuesday (the 30th of March) until we have positive feedback from our head of trading that the trades are under control, the quality of the rough diamonds is our standard and everything is successful. We are a small team who needs to focus on many issues next week, so after Tuesday the club does not allow new members for the time of the journey. All of this will not effect our existing members at any time. But we think all of our member want a secured and profitable trading result. Verifield Announces Successful Trade
Verifield seems good at dealing with trades. hey know what business will grow in the long run and invest on it. Like this trade of Verifield. Verifield has a successful trade with Applied Materials, Inc. They purchased a few hundred shares in the company with an average of $12.87 per share and was sold for $13.31 per share allowing a profit of 3-4%. An increase in dividend yield by 16.7% from Applied Materials Inc made investors be confident with the company thus made Verifield profitable which can make Verifield more stable.

Trading report: Trading tech stocks.
Today was a spectacular positive trading day on U.S. Markets. Tech sector has been rapidly increasing in price and hopefully this tendency will continue while spring is on it’s way and a lot of new players are coming into US Markets lately.
Applied Materials, Inc. (NasdaqGS: AMAT) have reported increase in divident yield by 16.7% and that caused a serious increase in investor confidence. Verifield have got into the game right in the morning, purchasing a few hundred shares at an average price of $12.87 per share. Sold in the end of the day at $13.31 per share. Overall profit from this trade – 3.4%

GoldNuggetInvest Refund Instructions Published
–GOLDNUGGETINVEST CLOSED–
The admin of GoldNuggetInvest finally sends the long awaited refund requests for the members. The admin responded about how other members treat him differently and said that he gave 100% of his efforts to the project and the members. He also stated the reason why GNI didn’t close immediately when the problem arouse. The admin also complained about the small number of GNI investors who was able to participate in the donation to the needy. GoldNugget stated the program that is meant for just the refund of the members. These includes the new refund support system dedicated to only those who are in refund, the request refund forms and guidelines for the refund and the limit on when the refund system will end. The admin also stated the future of GoldNuggetInvest.

Consistent with our announcement earlier this week, GNI has closed its operations and a call to our traders has been made advising them to send forward the funds required to ensure our members who are not in profit, will be made whole.
I have taken some time to go through the forum to not only read, but digest some of your comments made to me, at me or about me (and the GNI Team).
Some of what was written, given the level of effort, work, time and resources; taken from me, my family and my life, with the often stated intent to help those people try to have a better life, has been EXTREMELY difficult to endure.
I have been called a liar, cheater, thief and many, many other fine names because the program cannot sustain itself in its current state.
Our restructuring came too little, too late. The reason for this was simple. I wanted, to overcome the adversity without having to modify the program. We were led to believe the funds which were frozen, would be released. Had they at any time up until the end of December, we wouldn’t be having this discussion now.
I gave all of you, EVERY SINGLE member in this project, 100% of my best effort. It wasn’t enough; and because it wasn’t, we are considered by many of you, who have made thousands, tens of thousands of dollars; to be disingenuous, evil, liars, and whatever else you feel like lobbing at me.
Instead of counting your blessings and your good fortune, you have become spiteful.
I would appreciate for a moment if we could reflect on something that has been the motivating factor that drove GNI to its one-time pre-eminence of the on-line investing community. What I am referring to was the call to arms we made during the Holiday Season.
Since early fall, we made very clear the need for the GNI Family to share some of their good fortune with two charities selected on the basis of need and impact we could make as a cohesive group. In December, when it was time, we made it easy for all to participate. It was our opportunity to proclaim our concern, not just for financial gain but to help those who were unable to help themselves, orphaned children in Africa, or those stricken with AIDS.
The total turnout, 4.5% !!!
For those of you who struggle with math, it means, despite our requests for your help, 5 out of 100 GNI participants stepped up to help others. Ninety-five out of one hundred (95 out of 100), did NOT. Some had your own causes that you supported, but the majority of you DID NOT.
Given these statistics, I am compelled to ask those of you who feel I am less than honest, have you taken a moment to look at yourself? When I asked for your help, not for myself, but to help keep children from starving to death, where were you? What have you done for your fellow man?
2. Time-Frame for the Liquidation of GoldNuggetInvest.
To conclude GNI in a manner that is both timely, but will allow for those members who are out of contact, or otherwise unable to establish communications with any GNI associate, Applications for Refunds will be accepted until May 15th, 2010. We’ll start accepting applications as from Monday, March 15th, 08:00 GMT. Before that date and time the given link for the refund support desk will be disabled.
We believe we can reconcile and refund the bulk of the undisputed refund requests within thirty days after the May 15th, 2010 deadline. Much will depend on the GNI member to properly complete the refund application in an organized and honorable fashion. Let it be known, any member who tries to obtain funds in a manner that is fraudulent, will have his or her refund placed at the end of the stack and will be gone through when all else is completed. An evaluation will be conducted and a decision to return any funds will be made at that time.
It is our intent to refund all of those customers entitled to receive one. Please DO NOT jeopardize our obligation and your right to receive funds you are entitled to.
3. New Support Desk Dedicated to Refunds Only
To better stream-line communications between the membership (who is entitled to a refund) and GNI, a new Support System will be installed on the same server which hosts the Forum.
(VERY IMPORTANT). Unlike the previous support desk, each member will have one ticket ONLY which will support their Claim for Refund throughout the process. This support system is for REFUNDS ONLY. It is not to be used to express an opinion whether you like or dislike the program, staff, the various PPs or anything other than your refund. The help desk will have the capability to transfer information including your Request for Refund which is contained at the end of this Newsletter, to and from the appropriate staff assisting you with the refund. Any extraneous comments, requests or admonishments will be discarded without comment.

This is self explanatory.
Assuming there are no significant discrepancies, those funds in which there is an agreement will be:

If there is a disparity between what claimant thinks is owed and what GNI think is owed, it will not hold up the payment of funds. For example, claimant submits a Request for a Refund totaling $35.00, GNI completes their review but finds that claimant is owed $25.00, not the 35.00 as submitted. GNI would authorize payment on the undisputed 25.00. Upon conclusion of all payouts, GNI would then take a further review, with claimant and attempt to resolve the matter. It is not anticipated there will be any open claims after concluding this liquidation.
5. GNI’s Future
It is now often asked, what will become of GNI? At this juncture, all that is important to know is there will be a GNI. It will consist of a group of clients who know honesty when they see it and integrity when they feel it and an opportunity when they smell it. Not often does a situation like this come along. GoldNuggetInvest will only be accepting refunds starting March 15 and will end on May 15, 2010. Members are required to follow the strict rules on refund or else the refund will be forfeited.
Verifield’s Updates
Verifield announces the upcoming product update and sponsored events that the program has. Verifield is still gathering the ideas and proposal that the members suggested. Adding to that, Verifield now has multilingual support. The Verifield website now supports 21 languages in total. Verifield opens up a new contest for members to enjoy.
