    XagaEnterprise Payouts Delayed

    XagaEnterprise is supposed to release payouts today, instead members are greeted with an email. Email that contains reasons (alibis or whatever you may call it) stating the reason the payouts were not processed. Kevin will use the mass payment system, however not all members will receive payments because of the amount of money that startled/prevented him from doing so. The amount is $70,000. He said that he already ordered the amount from his 3 exchangers and the process will take days or so. Reason or alibi we don’t care as long as Kevin will keep up to his promise. The reason seems reasonable enough but let’s just wait a couple more days to judge what Kevin said to his members. Let’s hope that this will not be his delaying tactic so that the could ran away from the members without leaving any trace.

    Today is suppose to be the Day! However, our programmer is doing the final touch. Sealing all backdoors. Just give him couple of days and he will ready to install the script.

    Patience is virtue. But if patience turns out to be a strategy then that’s the time that we act out and spread to the world of its scam. We are not like any other monitors/blogs that tells how many chicks will come before the egg has even been hatched. We patiently wait until such time being and declare an HYIP program a scam if the patience turns worse.

    PTVPartner Opened BankWires

    PTVPartner informed the members that they will be having bankwires. They are working to integrate the program in its website so the feature will be available in a few more days. Once the bankwire feature is online, members can register their bank account inside the members area and they will have the option to deposit and withdraw via their registered bank accounts. The minimum deposit in a bankwire for PTVPartner is $1000. A 2% fee will be imposed on the outgoing and incoming transfers. Information on banks will be announced on the following days. This feature will also open doors to Debit Cards, Credit Cards and other services at member’s convenience.

    Bank Wires Soon to be Available

    We have established our structure, opened the accounts and are diligently working to integrate the script into our website. The Bank Wire feature will be available within a few more days.

    Once the Bank Wire option is online you will be able to ‘Register’ your bank account inside your member area. From that point forward you will be able to Deposit and Withdraw with bank Wire as an option.

    The minimum deposit or withdraw via Bank Wire will be $1000 USD.

    The bank itself imposes a 2% fee for incoming and outgoing wire transfers.

    We will be adding, very shortly, a Euro Option and a Canadian Dollar Option. Other currencies will follow in due time.

    If you initially deposit with USD you will be able to withdraw in any currency we offer based on the current available rate of exchange.

    We will announce the bank info in the coming days.

    XagaEnterprise Tells a Story

    Kevin, the admin of XagaEnterprise tells a story about how he had managed to revive XagaEnterprise from the dead. Does that mean that XagaEnterprise is going to die now? Let’s just wait and see. It’s clear to me that XagaEnterprise wll die soon but I don’t know if he will be able to survive that. What’s more is there is a rather confusing act the admin had made. Since XagaEnterprise is moving the database to GoldCoders, Kevin said that the withdraw button is closed for until the 10th day. Then what about the deposit button? Is he going to close it as well? Uhm…he has no updates on that so that means that the deposit button is still open. What will happen to new investors then? Aren’t they being fooled? If he is really going to transfer the database to GoldCoders then the deposit button will also be closed along with the withdraw button. If it isn’t closed then the program is still accepting deposits which is unfair to those that are waiting for payments. Please, if the deposit is still open, do not invest any funds on XagaEnterprise at the moment. Let’s wait a few more days and make sure XagaEnterprise lives up to his promise.

    8-9 months ago, I revived XagaEnterprise from the death twice!

    First, STP shut me down because I was against their policy. But I chose to refund all the STP account holders even I had to lose thousands.

    Second, when I had problem with hushhosting. XagaEnterprise was offline about 1 month but still revived from the death.

    Now, it’s up to you. If you want to bring me down, I will be very disappointed but if you want to support me, then stand behind me. I will honor and appreciate it. I will fight for XagaEnterprise.

    YOU, members, are my family. I know you’re panic but please have faith on me. I had worse situations in the past and this is nothing compare to that. All I want is 10 days! 10 damn days!

    GoldNuggetInvest Mini-Update

    Gold Nugget Invest

    The admin of GoldNuggetInvest talks about the application for refund they are taking for quite some time now. To date, they have been receiving over 1700 refund requests and the campaign had just begun. Robert assigned two members in this kind of task. It is then that they require a whole lot of effort to process the refunds verifying one account to the other. It requires an awful lot of skills to review that many accounts so Robert requested the members to be patient and understand the current situation they are having. Robert said that all the claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days which he said would take place from May 15 to June 15, or sooner depending on the speed of the process. During the process, Robert requested on one of his verifier, a weekly report about anything else related to the refund (details on the newsletter).

    Robert told the members about the refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program.  It is said that refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase for other member’s deposits will be refunded by the end of the week. If they haven’t received any email by Friday, members can contact Robert through his email. He also reminded the members to be specific with the refund requests. It should contain all transaction information, the deposit information and any relevant information that can help facilitate Robert’s issuing of the refund. He also told the members that he is currently working on the new GNI and at the same time the refund program. This is because he must keep his traders busy or traders will go to another Arbitrage Programs. He is also concerned about the threats and all other bad campaigns ruining one of his member’s name and explained the whole thing.

    Greetings to all GNI Friends:

    1. Refund Status and Tentative Repayment Date

    We have received quite a few applications for refunds; over 1700 to date and this campaign has just begun. This is a HUGE effort requiring a very specific skill set, fair review of all applications and most of all consistency from one Refund Application to the next. Therefore Todd and Debbie will be those GNI people working diligently to get these done in a fashion described above.

    To ensure fairness amongst all of our customers, an appropriate amount of time to procure the necessary funds and to take some of the pressure off of these two, I have decided that all claimants will be paid their due refund within a very few days. This should take place between May 15th and June 15th; perhaps sooner, depends on how quickly they are able to process these refunds.

    This is not to avoid paying owed refunds, it is to ensure fairness to those who are owed funds, it is to ensure we have adequate time to obtain the funds while subscribing to the notion of fairness to our traders and bookies. We ARE NOT going to RUN!!!

    During this process, I have asked Todd to provide to me a weekly status report which will be in my in-box on Monday morning (GMT). In this report will be:

    A. The number of Refund Requests Made to Date (number of Tickets)

    B. The number of Refund Requests Completed and Ready for Payment (within + or – 10% of claimants expected amount)

    C, The number of Refund Requests Completed but not Ready for Payment (outside of the 10% parameters)

    D. The number of New Refund Requests not previously received from the week before

    E. Anything else worthy of reporting

    If it appears that our self-imposed deadline will be missed, appropriate action will be taken in a timely manner to reduce the probability of any delays.

    PLEASE NOTE: Refunds requests need to be posted in a support ticket at http://gniforum.com/gnirefund/ ONLY. Refund requests send to ANY of the know email addresses can not be honored and will be deleted upon receiving.

    2. Refunds for the Deposit Repurchase Program

    Refunds for those who submitted funds for the purchase of other member’s deposits will be refunded by weeks end. If you have not received your refund by Friday afternoon close of business (COB – GMT), please send me an email (goldnuggetinvest@gmail.com). Please be very specific when making this request; should include ALL transaction information, the deposit information of the GNI User which you were preparing to purchase and any other relevant information you feel will help facilitate my issuing of your refund. Your assistance helping me with this It would really be appreciated.

    3. The ‘New’ GNI

    I am continuing putting together the New GNI, while remaining cognizant of the refund program. As you know, we cannot combine the two programs. We must, however, keep our traders busy or we jeopardize giving up their unused capacity to other Arbitrage Programs. More on this shortly.

    4. Cyber-Smear Campaign

    It has come to my attention that a comprehensive smear campaign has been launched against GNI, targeting Todd for he chose not to disguise his personal details. Much of the past 11 years of his on-line history is now an open book. Needless to say, none of it is presented in a positive fashion. He is receiving a constant barrage of life-threatening, evil, disgusting emails involving bodily functions and other horrendous acts.

    These threats have resulted from the current state of affairs of GNI.

    I am here to support and affirm some very important facts, concerning Todd and his role in GNI.

    First, was Todd a member? Yes, of course he was; one of our very first. Several months ago, before our troubles, he sold his membership back to the company for a bit less than 33cents on the dollar.

    The reason for this was to avoid any potential for a conflict of interest. He could not, nor could I rely on his objectivity so long as he had funds in the program

    Second, did Todd receive referral commissions? Yes, for certain, until the end of Spring last year. He also offered to split the commission with his down-line, 1/2 back to the purchaser, the other to charity (on the larger amounts). None of which he was asked to do nor am I aware of any other offers made by any of our up-line referrers.

    In the beginning of summer his referral base was starting to grow. It was obvious, many subscribed under him hoping to receive preferential treatment, which is not an unreasonable expectation, but not in the best interest of the program nor the non-referral customer base. Todd asked, and received my authority to split his commission amongst the staff members of GNI. He was permitted to place his user id for new members coming into the program without a sponsor, as the up-line referrer. In a couple instances, the member did not want any sponsor receiving commission. In this case, Todd removed his user ID and the commission restored to the general fund. This was a great motivating tool and cost the members and the principals zero.

    In this on-going smear campaign it is alleged Todd has stolen funds from the members for his own benefit.

    I am here to proclaim, Todd does not now, nor has he ever had access to GNI Payment Processor accounts (PP), E-Currency, Bank Wire, Bank, Deposit, Receipts or Withdraws of Members, Trader, Principal or anyone’s funds other than his own. Even if Todd wanted to, he couldn’t gain access to any funds that were not otherwise his and his alone.

    Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of far too many of our trusted members who engaged in serious referral abuse or other fraudsters which continue to ‘hang around’ the GNI site, waiting to steal money, resources and most of all steal the energy out of someone so important to the success of the program.

    Todd has been an asset to this program and to all of our member base as well as to me and the principals of GNI.

    Those of you intending to hurt Todd, consider yourselves having been successful. Records on the internet become permanent. You have placed him in danger without knowing the facts!

    It seems like HarmonicMarket left the hyip industry. I think it’s because of the recent issue regarding the legality of their business that was regulated by IFSC situated in Belize where their company claims the country in which they reside. The most recent news on HarmonicMarket was when they reported about their program being sold on a private investor so that HarmonicMarket will not be situated on Belize anymore. After that, We haven’t heard anything from HarmonicMarket and whats worst is that we weren’t able to access the site. It seems that HarmonicMoney disappeared like breeze along with investors money. Oh well, another scam HYIP that had fooled so many investors. Tsk…

    GeniusFunds

    I wasn’t able to access GeniusFunds as well. Is GeniusFunds also going for it? Because GeniusFunds has a ton of problems appearing day by day for this past week. I felt bad about this HYIP that ran for a very long time. Now we know that GeniusFunds is an organized Ponzi Scheme and its too late for that. Tsk…Tsk…

    Kevin, the admin of XagaEnterprise published today the result of the poll. The poll is about if XagaEnterprise will still be processing manual payouts that requires time before the payouts will be processes or if they will go to automatic payouts but there will be a 6% fee for every payout. The result of the poll was the members agreed on the automatic payouts. But since there are still those who voted for manual payouts, Kevin was obliged to remove the 6% fee on the automatic payouts. At the moment XagaEnterprise’s database will be converted to GoldCoders. XagaEnterprise requests for 10 days to process the whole thing. The withdrawal button will be disabled for 10 days and after 10 days all pending cashouts and withdrawal requests will be paid. The new script is scheduled to launch on March 24, 2010. New features of the new script are as follows:

    • Min. cash out is $1 (Automatic)
    • Withdrawal less than $1 can be requested manually. Will be paid upto 48 hours

    HarmonicMarket Sold

    To comply with Belize’s Cease and Desist order, HarmonicMarket sells the company to its top investors. HarmonicMarket is no longer a part of Clover Projects LTD, a Belizean based company. Clover Projects LTD agreed to restructure and sell the company to a private investor. As a result the HYIP, HarmonicMarket is no longer part of Belize because a private investor owns it now.

    Apparently, the government of Belize believes that if you market your real investment program as an HYIP, even without doing the usual of in- and out-exchanging of digital currency, this makes you an HYIP. So rather than cease our current successful marketing campaign, Clover Projects LTD has agree to restructure, and sell the HarmonicMarket division to a private investor.

    Please do not be alarmed. All our traders, from Paulo S to James Z. to Paul A., are still onboard. Our support staff and office still exists in Panama City. Our program is still running, in fact better than ever! This is just a necessary restructuring in order to comply with the laws of our country of origin.
